Lucid Motors (LCID) bucked the trend in the fourth quarter, reporting strong growth in production and deliveries.

Lucid’s production and deliveries soar in Q4 2025

After Gravity production was hampered in the first half of the year, Lucid said it aimed to hit the lower end of its full-year production guidance, around 18,000 to 20,000.

With only 9,966 vehicles built through the first nine months of the year, the EV maker needed to produce over 8,000 more to hit its target.

Well, it managed to do it. Despite Tesla and Rivian reporting fewer deliveries in Q4, Lucid posted strong growth to close out 2025.

Lucid produced 8,412 vehicles in the fourth quarter, up 116% from Q3 2025 and 148% from Q4 2024. For the full year, Lucid’s production doubled from the previous year(+103%) to 18,378 units.

Deliveries were up 73% year over year in Q4, reaching 5,345 units. Lucid delivered 15,841 vehicles in 2025, a 55% increase from 2024.

The strong growth follows Lucid’s communications boss, Nick Twork, reassuring investors on social media last month about the company’s plans. Even with other automakers like Ford pulling back on major EV projects, Twork said, “We’re building through it and ramping.”

“We know it’s been a challenging period for our long-term holders,” Twork said after Lucid’s stock hit an all-time low in mid-December, adding, “We are focused on execution and being transparent.”

Lucid had about $4.2 billion in liquidity at the end of Q3. However, after agreeing with Saud’s PIF to increase the delayed draw term loan credit facility (DDTL), the company said total liquidity would have been around $5.5 billion.

According to Lucid, the capital is enough to fund it through the first half of 2027. Later this year, Lucid will begin production of its midsize platform. The platform will wear at least three “top hots,” including a midsize electric SUV, starting at around $50,000 as Lucid looks to tap into new segments.

We will learn more on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, when Lucid releases fourth quarter 2025 financial results. Check back for a full breakdown.
