Tesla is offering a discount of almost $5,000 on its Full Self-Driving (FSD) supervised software to all eligible cars in Australia and New Zealand, just a month after rolling it out in Australia.
On Tesla Australia’s inventory page, multiple in-stock cars with FSD Supervised software now have a price adjustment of $4,940, helping bring the price of the car with FSD Supervised down by that amount.
Tesla shares the offer on its website ribbon by saying: “ Enjoy savings on eligible inventory vehicles when purchased with Full Self-Driving (Supervised)”.
These vehicles also have a blue FSD logo attached to them on the company’s inventory page, making it easier for customers to spot one.
The driveaway price of a 2025 Tesla Model 3 is $60,205 in Victoria. Adding the FSD Supervised package brings it up to over $70,000.
Discounts on inventory vehicles take the driveaway price of a particular configuration with FSD Supervised and apply it to bring the customer price down.
Interested customers can order by 31 October 2025 and upgrade to FSD Supervised by 30 November 2025.
This offer is available to Model 3 RWD, Model Y RWD and Model Y Long Range AWD vehicles.
With the launch of the FSD Supervised software, Tesla is now offering multiple ways to encourage buyers who own or purchase an eligible vehicle to try the software.
On Tesla’s website, the company has also been showing that a subscription is on its way by stating: “Coming Soon: $149/mo Full Self-Driving (Supervised) Subscription”.
FSD Supervised was rolled out to customers with Hardware 4.0 Tesla Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, who had prepaid for FSD, and were able to download the update from Thursday, 18 September. This is done with an over-the-air (OTA) update using WiFi.
FSD Supervised on new vehicles currently has an outright purchase price of $10,100, with the previously mentioned monthly subscription to come as an option for those not wanting to fork out the outright purchase amount.
